For the size of the box the price might be a little too expensive for some budgets, but it is a custom made box and the end results are amazing.

Overall the box is great! I did rate a 4 vs 5 due to one issues. The issue was pinning of ribbons/medals. I paid the extra $50 for that service. I assumed it would be a very professional look, but when the box arrived, several of the items had fallen out. With other items, the spacing/placement was basically eyeballed for positioning. This service was not worth the $50.

The box is beautiful and the graphics came out perfectly. The only issue was the box lid was not perfectly centered when the hinges were applied and there is a 1/8” offset to the left. When the lid is closed the lid and body of the box are not flush (see photo).

Great product! Caveat: I may have missed the layout design if one was available. The only constructive feedback I have is placement of the flag. I didn’t know where it would be before I got the box. I assumed it would be in the same place I saw on another box, but it wasn’t. I don’t mind where it is, but I would have liked it somewhere else. More importantly, a box layout in addition to the art would have helped communicate the design, thus showing the placement of the flag.

It is a very nice product. The Army olive green felt was a poor choice but it was well made. I wish I’d had a more clear understanding of the felt color options.
