Once you place your order, one of our graphic designers will setup your project manager page where you will upload your custom artwork within 24 hours. Once you have uploaded your custom artwork, your graphic designer will create artwork proofs for your to review, or they may request more info or additional / better quality artwork. I would like the box better if the leather handles on the sides were aged or roughed up. They are so new and stiff. The Keepsake box was dented on the top edge during shipping. The recipient of the gift is declining to return it for repair, at this time.
