I can't say enough about the customer service I received and ultimately the end result of a custom project I ordered from Relic Wood. I was looking for some sort of storage box for guitar accessories and sheet music. When I didn't see anything that was the size or design I was looking for, Melissa pointed me toward their customizable memory box options. The quality is unmatched and better than anything I expected!! Aside from the costly shipping expense (not under their control), I am so pleased I ordered what I did. I was nervous about whether or not it would get here in time (keep in mind they only are open Monday-Thursday and it is a 10-14 BUSINESS day turnaround time + shipping) but it got finished early and was shipped out. It got to me in 3 days!! I had it in my hands before it was even supposed to ship. The artwork is perfect, the artist was quick to get me my proof and fix anything I didn't like, and the process was very easy. Ordering anything from here would make the perfect gift for anyone, at any time of year!

I have purchased a keep sake box for myself , one for my grandson and 2 more for my two daughters. The craftsmanship is excellent and I highly recommend these products to everyone. I am am going to continue purchasing these products for my grandchildren. Amazing service and product quality.
