Track an Order

When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number, until it ships your order will be marked as processing. You can also track your shipment by entering your order number (example: RW0001) and the email you entered at checkout below.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

All Custom Gift Orders are final and no returns or refunds are offered.

Custom Orders will ship in 12-14 business days from your approval of artwork proofs.

Items in “Quick Ship” category will ship same or next business day unless marked out of stock. All available options on these products will not delay the shipping time.

LOST/UNDELIVERED/STOLEN PACKAGES: Relic Wood is not responsible for items once they have been picked up by the carrier. If an items is lost or undelivered, please contact Relic Wood within 5 business days. We will file a claim with the carrier to try and locate the item. We are not responsible for the claim outcome. Only if the claim is paid, will we use that payment to replace the item based on the amount paid by the carrier. The customer is responsible for the remainder cost not paid. If the carrier does not pay on a claim, there is no refund or replacement on lost or undelivered items.
