This is the 3rd box that I’ve ordered from Relic. They all have been very nice. This one in particular was for my beloved dog’s belongings and I opted to use the photo feature on the top lid. The staff was very attentive to detail, communicated well, and did a fantastic job from step one to the finish. When I ordered this I was in the grieving process and the staff and designers were very patient and understanding with me. I’m amazed with the finished product. When I opened the very well protected package, the beauty of this box took my breath away. This piece was very well and expertly crafted, made exactly to my specifications even down to the filter applied to the photo on the lid. The stain was even and the leather straps are of great quality with no blemishes. I’ll always order from these folks and will recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys your superior job in making my best friend’s memorial box so nice. The woodwork is of excellent quality but the photo transfer is less than ideal. The images are clear but the blue sky of one photo does not appear as I expected.
