We ship all items from our location in North Carolina, so if it is going to California it usually takes 5-7 days to arrive once it ships. Mid-West is usually 4-5 days, and East Coast in 2-3 days. One of a kind and handmade in America. The Custom Family Name Keepsake box includes your family name and the year established on the lid top. Choose between our watercolor or chalkboard design. Additional options include an engraved brass nameplate, brass plaque, or a felt shadowbox on the inside lid. You can also customize the inside tray, inside lid, and inside bottom for additional charges.

Once you place your order, our custom box designers will set up your own project manager area where you will upload additional artwork. Once you have uploaded the artwork, they may design your artwork proofs, or request more info or additional / better quality artwork. We try to keep all artwork communication via the project manager to document the creation process.

Please be aware that the artwork proofs provided are only an approximation of what the final product will be and be should be used for reference only. Our custom sublimation process means that your artwork is embedded in the wood and full-color artwork will differ somewhat from the renderings because of naturally occurring variances in wood, wood stain application, and color of the artwork.
