We ship all items from our location in North Carolina, so if it is going to California it usually takes 5-7 days to arrive once it ships. Mid-West is usually 4-5 days, and East Coast in 2-3 days. You may need choose a faster shipping method than ground so that it arrives on time.

This item is available with customization for an additional charge includes custom photos or artwork on the inside lid as well as custom artwork on the inside tray, and an engraved brass nameplate up to 75 characters.

Once you decide to place a custom order (ships in 2-3 weeks from your approval of artwork proofs), we have a few simple steps for you to follow. Keep in mind that each product has different options on where you can put custom artwork. Once your order has been placed and setup in the Project Manager System you will be able to upload additional artwork inside your order’s project area.
