This fee means that your custom gift will ship in 7 business days of artwork approval. 7 BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE THE TIME IT TAKES TO GET TO YOU ONCE WE SHIP IT! We ship all items from our location in North Carolina, so if it is going to California it usually takes 5-7 days to arrive once it ships. Mid-West is usually 4-5 days, and East Coast in 2-3 days.
