We ship all items from our location in North Carolina, so if it is going to California it usually takes 5-7 days to arrive once it ships. Mid-West is usually 4-5 days, and East Coast in 2-3 days.     I am so absolutely blown away! From the customer service all the way to the product! Customer service was like none I’ve ever received! The box came out BEAUTIFUL! Perfect for my Dad who worked with the DEA for 23 years to keep his memories all in one place. Definetly recommend this company and products to everyone I know and will probably be purchasing a box for my son’s memories as he grows up or special memories of my own!
