Your quality of product AND customer service combined are dynamite. There was an issue that you made right to the absolute best of your ability in the time frame we had and the beautiful gift (I lined the foam with navy crushed stretch velvet) made a HUGE impact as we celebrated the 10 year service anniversary of a police officer.
