Add Rush Service Add this rush service to your cart and get your order built & shipped fast! This fee means that your custom gift will ship in 7 business days of artwork approval. 7 BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE THE TIME IT TAKES TO GET TO YOU ONCE WE SHIP IT! We ship all items from our location in North Carolina, so if it is going to California it usually takes 5-7 days to arrive once it ships. Mid-West is usually 4-5 days, and East Coast in 2-3 days. You may need choose a faster shipping method than ground so that it arrives on time.

Once you place your order, your project manager page will be created. There you can upload additional artwork needed for your custom project. Your assigned graphic designer will upload your artwork proofs within 24 hours, or send a message to request more information or additional / better quality artwork.  We try to keep all artwork communication via our project manager system to document the creation process.

Please be aware that the artwork proofs are only an approximation of what the final product will be and should be used for reference only. Our custom sublimation process means that your artwork is embedded in the wood and full color artwork will differ somewhat from the renderings.
