Once you place your order, one of our graphic designers will contact you through your project manager page, they will have artwork proofs ready for your to review, or they may request more info or additional / better quality artwork. We try to keep all artwork communication via our project manager system to document the creation process.
Please be aware that the artwork proofs are only an approximation of what the final product will be and should be used for reference only. This is the 3rd box that I’ve ordered from Relic. They all have been very nice. This one in particular was for my beloved dog’s belongings and I opted to use the photo feature on the top lid. The staff was very attentive to detail, communicated well, and did a fantastic job from step one to the finish. When I ordered this I was in the grieving process and the staff and designers were very patient and understanding with me. I’m amazed with the finished product. When I opened the very well protected package, the beauty of this box took my breath away. This piece was very well and expertly crafted, made exactly to my specifications even down to the filter applied to the photo on the lid. The stain was even and the leather straps are of great quality with no blemishes. I’ll always order from these folks and will recommend them to anyone. The woodwork is of excellent quality but the photo transfer is less than ideal. The images are clear but the blue sky of one photo does not appear as I expected.
