This fee means that your custom gift will ship in 7 business days of artwork approval. 7 BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE THE TIME IT TAKES TO GET TO YOU ONCE WE SHIP IT! We ship all items from our location in North Carolina, so if it is going to California it usually takes 5-7 days to arrive once it ships. Mid-West is usually 4-5 days, and East Coast in 2-3 days. Upgrade options are available, such as a brass nameplate, felt-lined interior, shadow-box tray or additional artwork locations (inside lid, tray bottom or front panel). With exterior dimensions of approximately 18″ L × 12″ W × 10″ H and interior around 16¼″ × 10½″ × 7″, the box offers substantial capacity for awards, service mementos, pins and recognitions.
