This product was delivered as promised adhering to the timeline represented. No delays due to COVID. Quality of product exceeded my expectations. Excellent craftsmanship and beautiful wood. My only frustration was the inability to redeem a coupon advertised by the company. After multiple attempts at entering the coupon code and being informed it was invalid, I gave up.

I ordered this item as a graduation gift and needed it pretty quickly, but wasn’t sure it would arrive on time. I didn’t have any personalization done to it but still wasn’t sure it would be shipped and arrive within a few days. I messaged the company on social media to assure it would arrive and they assured me it would. Still leery, I purchased the item and hoped for the best. The item arrived in TWO days!!
