I received my gun box a couple days ago and it is awesome. Love it and the gift recipient will as well. After I placed my order online the Project Manager reached out to me and was very helpful; that was much appreciated.
My experience prior to the order placement however was not pleasant. The first time I called the person who answered (who is one of the designer/builders) was very helpful but could not answer all of my questions. He asked me to call back after lunch to reach the person who normally handles the calls. I did call back and that call was awful. It was clear from the first sentence that she did not want to help on the phone and wasn’t sure why I wasn’t just online ordering. I was about to spend $200+ and wanted to be sure I was going about it the right way.
In summary, this company makes an awesome product and is very helpful after you place your order and give them money. If you need help before you order consider going to another company.

Absolutely love my box. The inked design on the top is awesome. If I could change one thing I would like the top to be solid wood instead of plywood even if it meant having 2 or 3 pieces glued together to make it big enough. The routed edge in the plywood is rough and 1st time I wiped it down with a cloth it caught a small splinter in the routed edge and started a larger splinter. Still going to order a second one on Monday and will see if I can delete the routed edge or pay more for a solid wood top.
I added some stuff to mine to personalize it even more.
Hand hammered corners, Texas star clavos etc. Best box on the market at the price point in my opinion. I will also add that from the day I approved the artwork til it was in my hand in Alaska was 15 days. Here are a few pics of what I ended up with.
