I received the plain memory box and my first thought was, this is GORGEOUS! I also ordered the Plain Shooters Box and had it sent directly to an artist friend who is going to do a painting for my son in memory of his dog. I asked customer service if the box could be painted and they were very prompt in telling me yes! Tracking info was prompt as was delivery of both boxes.
