Absolutely love this memory box… it is so beautiful. Great quality. Although I did give it a 4 because it did have a little chip on an edge, and I assume they can’t control all that with it being wood. Also one of the side hinges is peeling, which I’m sad about… but dealing with the stress of my mom passing it’s not worth trying to exchange.

The box came out ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. The only constructive criticism I have is that the name plate size font is rather small. I would like to have had it sized appropriately based on the number of characters. Other than that I am completely satisfied.
