We ship all items from our location in North Carolina, so if it is going to California it usually takes 5-7 days to arrive once it ships. Mid-West is usually 4-5 days, and East Coast in 2-3 days. Personalize it further with an engraved brass nameplate up to 75 characters or a felt shadowbox on the inside lid.

Once you place your order, your project manager page will be created. There you can upload additional artwork needed for your custom project. Your assigned graphic designer will upload your artwork proofs within 24 hours, or send a message to request more information or additional / better quality artwork.  We try to keep all artwork communication via our project manager system to document the creation process.
