I like the box.
The mitered corners aren’t flush.
The lid is a little off from the box.
Overall the initial customer service was poor. The lady who I talked to was a little rude and condescending.
I ordered the box I saw from the website. I didn’t know you don’t store art, yet you have a photo of the box labeled quick ship in stock on your website?
Also, I felt price gauged for the badge to be added to the front of the box as again you had the photo of this exact box on your website, which I see has since been removed.

This box is just gorgeous! It was done exactly how I’d requested – beautiful. Before I’d ordered it I had a place in mind where I wanted it in my office. Upon seeing it, I’ve changed my mind – it needs to be the first thing a visitor sees when entering the office; it’s much too perfect to be overlooked by anyone!
