It is also important to consider that the custom artwork approval process usually takes a couple of days to complete before we begin to build your box.

Our standard time until your custom order ships is 2-3 weeks from your approval of artwork proofs from the day you approve your artwork designs in our project manager system, not from the date your order was placed.

If you find yourself outside the ship time to get custom gifts for Christmas, we do offer a RUSH Service that will get your box built and shipped in 10 business days from artwork approval. However, you can save yourself a lot of money just by ordering your custom gifts in plenty of time for us to make them. We work overtime to complete our RUSH orders extremely quickly so the service isn’t cheap.
